Concessionary Travel - Travel / Bus Pass - Explained
This scheme came into effect from 1st April 2006. This is an agreement with the County and District Councils and will last till April 2008
Any resident over the age of 60 years is entitled to have a travel pass
Trains
On all trains - anytime of the day including weekends and public holidays - half fare
Trams - NET
After 09:30 and NOT including between 4pm and 6pm - travel on the trams (NET) is FREE - Monday to Friday.
Weekends and public holidays FREE
Bus
Travel on buses - weekdays, weekends, and public holidays throughout the County is FREE - with NO restrictions
